Window Guys of Florida provides professional hurricane impact window and door installation, repair, and replacement services throughout South Florida including Palm Beach County, Broward County, Martin County, and St. Lucie County.

2. Licensing and Insurance

Window Guys of Florida holds Florida contractor license CGC1518491. Request current insurance documentation applicable to the project before work begins. The written proposal identifies the project scope, responsible parties, and applicable coverage documents.

3. Permits and Code Compliance

Permit and inspection requirements depend on the authority having jurisdiction and the written project scope. When permits are required, the contract will identify responsibility for applications, product documents, inspections, and closeout before that work begins.

4. Product Warranties

Product and installation warranty coverage, exclusions, registration requirements, and claim procedures vary. Only the current written manufacturer warranty and the warranty terms included in your signed contract apply to a project.

5. Project Contracts and Financing

The signed project contract controls price, deposits, progress payments, final-payment conditions, change orders, cancellation rights, and other commercial terms. Third-party financing, when offered, is subject to the lender's current disclosures, underwriting, approval, rates, fees, and agreement.

6. Insurance and Liability Terms
