Window Guys of Florida provides professional hurricane impact window and door installation, repair, and replacement services throughout South Florida including Palm Beach County, Broward County, Martin County, and St. Lucie County.

2. Licensing and Insurance

We are fully licensed (CGC1518491 and SCC 131151139) and insured with workers compensation and general liability coverage. All work is performed by company employees, ensuring quality control and proper insurance coverage.

3. Permits and Code Compliance

All installations require proper building permits. We handle the permit application process and ensure all work meets Florida Building Code requirements and local regulations. No work will commence without proper permits.

4. Product Warranties

All products come with manufacturer warranties. Installation workmanship is warranted according to industry standards. Specific warranty terms vary by product and will be detailed in your contract.

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in individual contracts. We offer various financing options through approved lenders. Final payment is due upon completion and customer approval of work.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for property damage and workers compensation as required by Florida law.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, in accordance with Florida law.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Current terms are always available on our website. Specific project terms are governed by individual contracts.
